The ICCSE was established in 2024 and has been collaborating closely with colleagues from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, International IT University, Narxoz University, Nazarbayev University, National Technical University of Ukraine, Chernihiv National University of Technology, Hubei University of Technology, , Wuhan Textile University, Shandong University of Finance and Economics, Wuhan Technology and Business University, Central China Normal University, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan University, Nova Southeastern University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Qinghai University, Hubei University of Economics and etc..

The work of the ICCSE is aimed at the organization and holding of international conferences; helping in preparing materials and publishing articles in the Scopus and WoS publications; and the organization and implementation of international projects in the fields of education technology, computer science, energy, physics, mechanisms, and mathematics, etc.

The mission of ICCSE is to transfer information to the global community with a view to further deepening knowledge, education, training, and research.
